Do I need experience to take class?

Not at all. Aura 1111 welcomes all levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates and yoga or have an established practice, our instructors offer modifications so you can move confidently at your own pace.

How should I prepare for class?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to allow time for parking, check-in, and settling into the space. Wear comfortable movement wear that allows you to move freely and bring water to stay hydrated. Grip socks are recommended for Pilates classes.


Don’t have everything you need? No worries — mats, towels, grip socks, and select wellness essentials will be available for rent or purchase in studio so your experience feels seamless from the moment you arrive.


What is your cancellation policy?

To keep classes accessible for everyone, we kindly ask that cancellations be made 12 hours in advance.

No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $10 fee after the first grace period. Class packs or drop-ins may result in a forfeited class credit after the first grace period

ClassPass bookings are subject to ClassPass cancellation fees.

How hot are your classes?

Our hot mat Pilates and yoga classes are heated to approximately 95° using infrared warmth to support movement, flexibility, circulation, and recovery. We recommend arriving hydrated and bringing water to class.


Is there parking?

Yes, complimentary parking is available in the plaza lot for Aura 1111 guests. If the lot is full, additional street parking is conveniently available nearby.

How do I book a class?

Classes can be booked through the Aura 1111 app, our website, or via ClassPass. We recommend reserving ahead of time, especially during peak hours, as space is limited.
